How do I place an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and tell us what you are interested in hiring. We will check availability of the items on the date you would like them and invite you to reserve them so that you are not disappointed. 

If you are interested in booking an Afternoon Tea event please tell us the date of your event as soon as you can. We will contact our caterer and confirm availability of the vintage china and catering within a few days.

Payment of the requested deposit will reserve the date and items/catering. 

​Do you charge for delivery?

​Delivery and collection is available and is charged at 50 pence per mile travelled to and from locations of up to 25 miles from Wellington, Telford. For delivery over 25 miles please contact us. A nominated person must be present to accept delivery and when collection is made after your event. We do not use third party couriers.

Can I select the china?

​Our range of vintage china is extensive and unfortunately this is not currently possible. If you have a specific colour theme for your event we may be able to hand-pick china if quantities required are available. Please contact us in advance and we will always try to help.

What if an item gets broken?

Breakages are rare and usually happen during washing up or as the result of incorrect storage. Agatha's Tea Party requires a refundable breakages deposit of £100 (£150 for Illuminated LOVE Lights). This deposit will be returned after the hire minus any deductions for breakages, damaged or missing items. If damages occur and the amount exceeds the deposit paid a separate invoice will be issued to be paid within 7 days.

Who does the washing up?

​Due to the delicate nature of our china all washing up must be done by hand and to a very high standard. Agatha’s Tea Party always prefers to wash-up for you and there is a charge for this. When small quantities of china are hired we may be happy for you to wash-up however we do insist that our guidelines are followed.​

Can you unpack and set up the event?

​Yes, if you have booked Afternoon Tea this service includes unpacking and the setting up of the vintage china and Afternoon Tea. In addition we can repack, collect and wash-up following your event. These extra services are chargeable.
